Based in San Francisco Hampton Creek Foods is on a mission to change the foods we eat by eliminating the animal products inside of them! Sounds like a big plan, and part of that plan is their first mission to make the egg obsolete by replacing it with plants! Sounds like witchcraft to me, but they use some rather amazing food technology to do just that. This is not just food production, it is food science! But the challenge is to try out their ingredients and see I they really do taste the same. And to do that I have taken just a small selection of the recipes I found on their site. Join me as I take a look at just ten of those recipes and when you have finished here why not check out the science behind their wild claims over on the Hampton Creek wiki page, but do hurry back because we have some amazing recipes to make…

Bruschetta with tomato and basil is a quick, simple and very tasty dish that is great to serve at your next party. It like a whole new level to this recipe that you might not have thought of.
