As I look out the window I can see row upon row of washing lines full of clothes blowing in the soft, warm breeze of summer. But cats don’t see washing lines as useful things, they are play centres, full of fun to be explored and climbed…
10 – Hung Out
Some older images are simply priceless, check out the look on that little girls face, she is not a cat fan at all, but back then the internet hadn’t been invented to showcase them.
9 – Spin Wash
This kitty looks like he has just come out of the spin wash! Or maybe that is a very high washing line. Or maybe the sock he is in still smells!
8 – Swipper
He waits for you to hang the washing out and attacks from above like a deadly hawk. The thing I want to know is how on earth he ended up in the middle of the line!
7 – Fold em out
Always make sure you check your pockets and dungarees for things before you wash them! Old Cletus here has not changed his dungarees for 5 years!
6 – Wash Dayz
It’s wash day over at the crazy cat ladies house and it always clashes with sock washing day! But with a little bit of creative hanging, you can do both at once.
5 – Sleeping Bag
He’s in our socks, trying to steal our toe cheese. Luckily for him, the sock is clean and while there is no cheese, there is a good opportunity to sleep.
4 – Swinger
I’m not sure if this is really an indoor clothesline, or a cat training to be in the army! Or maybe it’s both those things.
3 – Slip Sliding
Most cats are good climbers, but when it comes to saving face when slipping off the washing line this kitty as let all goes.
2 – High Wire Act
Looking like a circus act, this playful kitten has somehow managed to climb onto the spin dryer, and because cats are lousy pole climbers, I would imagine there are some shredded clothes hanging on it as well.
1 – Pant Cats
Seen in a thousand “Hang in there” images this motivational image of cats in pants is just about the cutest image featuring a washing line you will ever see. Let us just hope those pants were thoroughly cleaned.
