  3. Key limes are much smaller and are a specific variety of lime. It is not exclusive to the Keys. It was brought there years ago and became naturalized. They have a much more flavor for cooking.

  4. Yeah I think the heart ones are done by squirting some strawberry sauce into different layers as the pour in the ice-cream mix. So yeah, very hard indeed. If I made it, it would end up looking like a ladybug!

  5. They look delicious! I always go for key lime, so that would be my first choice. However, they all sound yummy and I wouldn’t mind having a bite of each.

  8. Aaah, my favourite kind of top 10 post – the sweet food kind. I’m intrigued by the pumpkin parfait and thinking I should make the key lime parfait. We have dozens of limes on our tree, ripe and ready for picking. Want to come over and have a key lime pie parfait with me?
