You don’t need me to tell you there are some world-class hotels within the Greater London area. But world-class doesn’t nessisarly mean it has the best value for money and when you are looking for a hotel in this area you will struggle to work out which offers the best for your money. While I haven’t stayed in all the hotels in this area I have stayed in more than enough to justify making this list os what I think are ten of the very best hotels within the Greater London area…

Let’s get the most expensive out of the way first. Sure, it costs more than most people would be willing to pay, but this 5-star hotel is the hight of both luxury and convenient location. With its endless list of modern amenities and historical significance, this is a hotel that has a lot to boast about but does require a lot of your hard earned cash.

We go from the most expensive hotel to the one that I think offers the best value for money within the Greater London area. This is a super trendy hotel that is style pouring out of its doors, but yet it doesn’t overcharge meaning it is always super busy so do be sure to book as early as possible.

Sure, this is a chain hotel, but it is one that stands out from the norm. With is modern, functional rooms you get a lot for your money and it really doesn’t ask for a lot of money in the first place making it great value for money especially given its busy Charing Cross location.

While its streamlined rooms will not be to everyone’s tastes they are the perfect size for short stays, especially if you are doing business in the area. With a very nice indoor pool and refined restaurant, there is more than enough here to justify its asking price. Once you see this stunning hotel from the outside you will want to do the Lambeth walk all the way into it.

If you fancy a lively weekend in London and don’t mind paying a little extra for the hotel this is the perfect place to stay. Not only is the hotel modern looking with chic rooms, but it is also conveniently located next to several top restaurants and bars making it a great hotel for lads or girls on a big night out.

The good news is you don’t have to be a real Royal Horseguard to stay here, but you will need a lot of money. But class and style are what you pay for here and this hotel has a lot of that for sure. With front facing rooms overlooking the Themes, it takes you back in time without looking face by bringing you a host of modern amenities.

We finish off with a very stylish hotel that keeps it humble by offering classic pub & Japanese dining as well as a host of other luxuries one of which is a steam room. While there is an air of business styling in this hotel it is good for a weekend getaway as the weekends do tend to be a lot quieter than the weekdays.
