IF you don’t have an air conditioning unit, why not leave a simple electric fan on the floor. While it isn’t much it will at least circulate.

Yep! Not all cats are naturally scared of water. Some love nothing more than bathing in some lukewarm water. But never force this upon your cat, let it decided if it wants to go into the water by leaving it around the place before you go out to work.

While I can’t suggest letting your cat sleep in the fridge it is a good idea to place a towel in the fridge or maybe bag up their bed and place it in their for a while. Either is a good way to keep your cat’s overall body temperature down.

You don’t have to leave the hose on full for your cat to appreciate it. Why not just leave it to drip so they can at least lay in the puddle or drink what is coming out.

This is without a doubt the best way to keep your cat cool this summer. Wet a towel with cold water (ring dry) then pat your cat down with it. Not only will you get some cuddle time with your cat, but this method can keep them cool for hours. When done with the light rub down why not leave the towel on the floor for your cat to lay on if they wish!
