With all the craze over the new Apple watch it’s not hard to imagine an R&D lab full of weird and wonderful ideas that will never see the light of day. Or maybe they do see the light of day and one or two of these crazy products you are about to see are real and they are just testing the public’s reaction to them…
10 – iVac
You will soon start to see a pattern with the letter ‘I’ in all these daft products, and while I have done my best to discover who really made them the original designers have often been long forgotten.
9 – iRacquet
If they could I am sure Apple would make a range of sports gear, but a tennis racquet shaped like an apple is just going a little too far down the imagination road.
8 – iTops
With slide to unlock shoe lace system and an insole digital display, these are some seriously nerdy shoes. All well and good, but get them wet and your warranty is useless!
7 – iCycle
One pot-hole in the road and this would break just as quick as an iPhone 5, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t buy it if it were real! An electric self-charging off-road bicycle? Yes, please!
6 – Mac-chine
They have made fridges with built-in iPads so why not an Apple washing machine! Would my clothes go in dirty and come out looking clean, fresh, overpriced and geek trendy? I think they just might.
5 – iMug
The point behind this silly mug and all the other products you see here is people think Apple simply copies other people designs then slaps an Apple logo onto it. While that is not necessarily true I can see why they would think that.
4 – iRon
Do you find ironing boring? Well, why not get one of these Irons with build in music player and USB connection posts it is hot stuff indeed.
3 – iSmell
I’m pretty sure I don’t smell, but that won’t stop me from wanting to try iSmell Apple-inspired perfume. With clean, fresh smell it will be just as over-priced as the phones are!
2 – iWater
With a clean, clear bottle and a built-in temperature display sticker, I don’t think it is too impossible to imagine this being a real product. It definitely isn’t but it could be!
1 – iBarrow
It not sure what the iBarrow can really do, but much like its older brother the iPlayer, it is happy to shuffle around rubbish all day long.
