I have seen a lot of silly videos over the years of cats doing all sorts of human things. But there is one thing it seems they can’t do and that is riding a bicycle. Maybe their little legs can’t reach the peddles, or maybe cats just can’t work out how to ride them because no-one has shown them how…
10 – Cool Cat
With cycling becoming a cool event this cat wants to look his best before the big road race where he will win by puncturing the oppositions tyres with his claws.
9 – Where is the start button on this thing?
This cat is trying to give it a good go, but choosing a mountain bike to start cycling is not the right way to go. Perhaps a small push-along would be best for kitty’s first bike.
8 – Tandom
It looks like these 3 cats are off out for a picnic in the woods! Or maybe they are just about to steal this poor gentleman’s vintage looking cycle.
7 – Faster human!
Until you teach your cat to ride their own bicycle you might have to take them out a few times on your back as this caring cat owner does. But don’t let them boss you around!

6 – Riding up the wall
Maybe you could let your cat practice on a stand-still cycle first. Both these cats look like they are in some sort of exercise hall!
5 – Downhill Dog Chaser
This cat employs a human to do all the pedalling, and he just points to where he wants to go. It ends up the route is mostly to the pet shop to buy more kitty nibbles.
4 – Cycle Climber
It is important to make sure you get the right sized cycle for your cat. Anything too big for them might mean they hurt themselves when they fall off.
3 – Looking Ahead
This cat is making sure there are no obstacles or pedestrian around that might cause him to swerve. He wants a good downhill run and will time himself doing it.

2 – 3 Wheel Runner
This cat looks as if he gets pulled around all day long on his little tricycle! Maybe the human wasn’t pulling fast enough because the cat does not look happy at all.
1 – Wheels…check!
A bike can seem like something cats will never be able to ride. Or maybe they just don’t want us to know that they can ride them all along.
