The classic “Scotch egg” is something that people enjoy in a variety of meal times, from lunch to bunch, breakfast to snack times. These little hard-boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat are no as “Scotch” as you might think being invented in the Fortnum & Mason London department store. But it doesn’t matter where they come from, it is where they are going and with so many great ways to make them I think they will all be going into my belly!
