Today is once again my Blogoversary. Yep, I have been coming up with silly top 10’s for 3 years, that’s 1095 posts! While there have been over 7 million visitors to this blog reading over 21 million posts, I will still appreciate everyone and anyone who has ever read one. If I can keep making people smile for even longer, I will be very happy indeed. To show how much 3 years have made me feel I have found ten images of dogs with 3 balls in their mouth. Much like the dogs in the images, it’s been hard work getting to the number 3, but ultimately satisfying…
10 – Primary Colours
The three primary colours are red, yellow and blue. All of which are in my logo, which I still need to add to the website (expect a refresh soon).
9 – Borromean Rings
The three Borromean Rings are three rings that are interlocked, but every year I continue this blog it feels different somehow.
8 – Populations
Plato divided his Utopian city into three populations: Labourers, Guardians and Philosophers. I would say I fit into the first kind, all the hard work that has gone into making this blog really has been a labour of love.
7 – Ethical Principles
In Zoroastrianism, there are three ethical principles: To think good, speak good and to act well. All 2 of those things I try to put into every post.

6 – Tests
Heroes and heroines are often offered three choices or three tests, and to be honest is has been a very testing year, mostly due to the dreaded writer’s block.
5 – Lucky
We are all familiar with the expression “third time lucky” so is it lucky for me? To be honest, every person who visits this blog makes me feel lucky!
4 – Harmony, Wisdom and Understanding
Three is considered the number of harmony, wisdom and understanding, which is definitely true for me. I have learnt so much about blogging and indeed other bloggers in this last year, more than any other.
3 – The Triangle
Three is the first number that forms the geometrical figure the triangle. Strong, reliable but only when working together. This is something I need to learn more, working with other people is going to be the only way this blog as a future.

2 – The First True Number
The Pythagoreans taught that 3 was the first true number. For me, it has been a year of truth, truth in finding out just how hard blogging could be. While my posts are often simple in design it does require more work and effort than you might think and that is the truth.
1 – The Magic Number
It was De La Soul that sang “The Magic Number” and that number was 3. It’s certainly been magical for me, I just hope I can come up with ideas to make it to number 4.
