10 – Metropol İstanbul in Turkey – Highest Point: 280m (919ft)

This super-tall mixed-use development features luxury apartments, several floors of offices and even the largest shopping mall in Turkey! While it only makes it to number 10 on this list it is still impressive nonetheless.

9 – Skyland İstanbul 2 in Turkey – Highest Point: 293.1m (932ft)

Both of them feature 38 floors in which 830 residences, 504 office spaces and even a 5-star hotel with over 300 rooms are located. Now that is what I call a mixed-use building!

8 – Skyland İstanbul 1 in Turkey – Highest Point: 293.1m (932ft)

These two mixed-use skyscrapers are the tallest buildings in Istanbul and were designed by Peter Vaughan of Broadway Malyan.

7 – CoC: Moscow Tower in Russia – Highest Point: 301.6m (990 ft)

The top half of this tower is an entertainment complex, office suites, and large apartments and the rest of it is mostly office space but it does also have shops, a gym, restaurants and several fitness centres.

6 – Eurasia in Russia – Highest Point: 308.9m (1,013 ft)

While it did take 7 years from start to finish this giant-sized office block has 72 floors and is a beautiful combination of classical and modernist styles.

It took just 3 years to build The Shard which features 44 lifts (including some double-decker lifts) and a leg aching 306 flights of stairs! You do not want to be in this building during a fire drill that is for sure!

When the Eiffel Tower was finished in March 31st, 1889 it was the worlds tallest man-made structure and it remained so for 41 years until the New York Chrysler building came along and overtook it.

3 – Mercury City Tower in Russia – Highest Point: 338.8m (1,112 ft)

It took 4 years to build this 75 story building that also features a stunning golden glass facade which really makes this giant business centre stand out from anything else in the whole city.

2 – OKO: South Tower in Russia – Highest Point: 354.1m (1,162ft)

Build in just 4 years between 2011 and 2015 is this office tower block that features a 7-storey single transparent crystalline structure at the base of the complex which does make it stand out from the other greyer buildings that surround it.

1 – Federation Tower in Russia – Highest Point: 373.7 m (1,226 ft)

This Supertall Skyscraper was build within just 3 years and was designed by architecture companies nps+partner and Schweger Associated Architects. Its mixed-use purpose is mostly offices, but there are quite a few apartments located within it as well.
