10 – F&F Tower, Panama – 233 m (764 ft) with a 315° Rotation

Once called the “Revolution Tower” (with good reason) it was finished in 2011 and is exclusively assigned to office use only. It’s just a shame it doesn’t slowly rotate through the day to change your view while you work!

9 – Evolution Tower, Russia – 246 m (807 ft) with a 156° Rotation

This stunning skyscrapper located near the Moskva river has a Neo-futuristic use and was finished just a few years ago in 2014. While mostly offices there is a shopping center and publc carpark below it.

8 – Ningbo Bank of China Headquarters, China – 246 m (807 ft) with a 60° Rotation

While it is not 100% finished yet it does still make its planned height and is going to house over 8,000 employees from both Zhejiang and Ningbo under its twisted roof.

7 – Regent Emirates Pearl, United Arab Emirates – 255 m (837 ft) with a 25° Rotation

This hotel and residential block has only just been completed and stands at 52 floors above the ground and it’s also the tallest concrete building in this list.

6 – Supernova Spira, India – 300 m (980 ft) with a 146° Rotation

This mixed-use skyscraper was due to be finished in 2017 and that would have made it the tallest tower in Delhi NCR. But sadly things have fallen behind, but its apparently on its way upwards at time of writing this.

5 – Cayan Tower, United Arab Emirates – 306 m (1,004 ft) with a 90° Rotation

Once called “The Infinity Tower” this is a 75-story residential skyscraper that was finished in 2013. With 7 lifts and its windows protected by titanium-coloured metal panels to keep the sunlight out this is a building of pure beauty.

4 – Ocean Heights, United Arab Emirates – 310 m (1,020 ft) with a 40° Rotation

This residential tower was finished in 2010 and is said to house 83 floors and 519 condominiums, each with a stunning view overlooking the Dubai Marina.

3 – Diamond Tower, Saudi Arabia – 432 m (1,417 ft) with a 360° Rotation

While it is far from being complete it is still being built which means it will be the height its planned for in just 1 years time. While only half of the 93 floors have been built so far they are going up at a rapid rate of knots.

2 – Lakhta Center, Russia – 462 m (1,516 ft) with a 90° Rotation

This beautiful mixed-use non-residential construction has slipped behind its own competition date a few times but is pretty much finished. When 100% complete it will have 87 floors and 34 lifts!

1 – Shanghai Tower, China – 632 m (2,073 ft) with a 120° Rotation

Not only is this the tallest twisted building by far, but it is also home to the world’s highest observation deck located within a working office building! If you think that all sounds amazing it is also home to the world’s fastest elevators at a top speed of nearly 46 miles per hour (74km/h)!
