Top 10 Creative and Unusual TARDIS Themed Things

I don’t watch a lot of basic Tvs because nowadays everything is on-line and on-demand so I can fit what I want to watch on TV around my life, not the other way around. But one show I always make sure I watch is Doctor Who because I love it so much. Sometimes it is rubbish, sometimes it is scary, but I never miss an episode. So with the nerdy side of me in full control I have decided to bring you…

  1. LOVE this…. Dr. Who is always a joy…. and your list is wonderful. Thanks.
And thanks for following my poemsperday.com blog

  2. This is fabulous! I can’t even decide on a favorite. Once I saw a TARDIS kitty condo. It was beyond my price range, and as big as my tiny living room, but it was awesome. Thanks for sharing, Russell.

  3. It was no problem I love your blog, and if you wish you can follow mine by clicking follow one the main page on the left hand side bar. (at the bottom of it)

  4. Hi. Thanks for dropping by (and following) the Four Corners Bike Ride blog. Loving your blog but wondering how to follow?

  5. Every day. I usually have a cup of tea in the morning and a few more during the day. It’s a treat to look at, even though it only holds two cups worth of tea. :3

  6. I have a Tardis teapot. It’s not as fancy (or big!) as these things, but it’s still cool. Or warm. Because it’s a teapot. Ha.

  7. I can’t decide if I like the drinks cabinet, the library or the tv cabinet best. They are all good for their purpose I suppose.

  8. Oh goodness, I love them all! But if I had to choose, I’d take the fridge and the doorway. My son has been after me to do something Whovian to his room and these are great for ideas!

  9. Loved this post! As a dedicated Whovian of many years it was good to see some of these ideas for the first time. The shed and the door I had seen before, but the others were all new to me. Your choice of the fridge as no.1, I think was right as it is so detailed it really counts as art, and it is also very cool! 😉

  10. I will have that liquor cabinet in my finished basement, that bookshelf in my study, and that outhouse in my backyard…no, wait, front yard, before I die. XD Awesome!

  11. It’s been years since I’ve watched an episode of Dr. Who. But apparently it’s just way too popular, so I suppose I’m going to have to give in and start watching it again! If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em! 🙂

  12. WOW!!! You weren’t kidding when you promised an all TARDIS post! I love them all, I could do the book cabinet and what a cool garden shed, plus the drinks cabinet. I don’t drink but we serve drinks to our friends – well, we will be in the near future. The bed is great and all the other ones have their own attraction. Thank you so much for this – makes up for all the Mario Brothers stuff you put up.

  13. I think I’ll take the Tardis drinks cabinet. Mostly because I like drinks, but also because The Doctor is cool. I want one, a drink that is.

  14. Clearly, I should have followed my comment up with an exclamation mark! I meant to show more excitement 🙂

  15. Pfft Sir please, don’t make me pinch you. Do you dress for dinner? It’s not that wonderful. Well, I used to now I stay in my uniform til bed. No, Callum has a cinema room here which is only for DVDs or something. Also, at Harrowgaite we did but never watched it because it too was in a cinema room mainly for film watching.

  16. Bloody bow ties and Gareth Malone glasses, yes sir. Nerdy chaps. Alright fine it’s quite attractive (ahem) but nerdy all the same.

  17. Never seen it. Don’t watch TV but I get the reference from hearing my brother’s nerdy chaps talk about it here and there. 🙂

  18. Too many to like! The drinks cabinet, book shelf and fold away bed are really clever and the fridge is pretty ‘cool’ too! Heh heh did you like that? ‘fridge… cool’ 😀

  19. My husband and I are in the process of buying a house with a TARDIS blue door. I think our craft of choice might have to take place on the inside (well, the whole world outdoors IS a lot bigger than you think), as the house is very near a police station.
