Normally on Fridays, I post some unhealthy looking cakes or treats that everyone loves the look of, but no-one really wants on these hot summer days. So it is time for a change and for a while (unless everyone hates them) I will be posting some lighter, healthier and altogether cooler summer foods. Today we will be taking a look at Couscous!
