It doesn’t matter if you call it a sofa or a couch, what matters is how important they are to the room they are placed in. But having said that, I am not sure what rooms you would place any of these ten sofas in as they can be a little… quaint. They are all made from various recycled materials making them good for the environment, even if they are not good for your room theme…
Car Parts – Original Source Used: >> Click Here <<
It seems you can make a sofa out of most vehicle parts, but this classic car gives this sofa a touch of class. I do have to wonder if the lights work?!?
Propane Tanks – Original Source Used: >> Click Here <<
I’m not sure where you might get your hands on propane tanks, but what I do know is you will need some serious metal work skills to make this. But it does at least look stylish.
Plastic Bottles – Original Source Used: >> Click Here <<
I don’t know what the backing of this sofa is made from, but the bottom is clearly made from plastic bottles. I have to wonder how sturdy it is given that the bottles are empty.
Denim Jeans – Original Source Used: >> Click Here <<
I would imagine you will need an old sofa to cover in the repurposed denim, or you could make it from other things I suppose. Either way, I really like the look of this and think it would be perfect in a shed or mancave.

Wooden pallets are good for all sorts of things, but making a sofa is not something I would have imagined. But yet…I do like this and think it would look nice if placed in the right room.

While it doesn’t look like the most comfortable sofa in the world it might be something fun to try and make. Just as long as the cans are washed before use.
Old Books – Original Source Used: >> Click Here <<
With more and more libraries closing down each and every year I guess you have to find some use for all those books about to go into a landfill. At least it will be pretty sturdy I suppose.

A lot of people reading this might not know what this is, but I can tell you it was once on every corner or Britain as it was the only phones most of us had access to. It is a red phone box, the classic kind from BT.

With more and more people having showers rather than bathtubs we need to find some use for all the old washtubs and this sofa looks perfect for a good book on a lazy Sunday evening.
