Steampunk is one of those things I just don’t get. Sure I love everything about it, the sci-fi style, the amazing things people design in that style and all the cool art that people make that is inspired by this sub-genre of science fiction. What I like about this one is that it is affordable. If I wanted to go out to a Steampunk themed party I simply couldn’t afford most the hats you will see in this top 10, so for this one not costing the Earth I wanted to include it. And it looks rather cool indeed!

Made by Disney Design Group artist Costa Alavezos these amazing Mickey mouse Steampunk hats were made to celebrate the opening of the “Mechanical Kingdom” and are ridiculously cool. Sadly they can only be brought within the Mechanical Kingdom its self.

Made from hand stitched vegetable tanned leather then covered with hand-woven kangaroo lace this really is the best of the best. The Goggles are apparently a little extra but even without them, this would be very cool indeed.
